About the Event
Empress M offers elevated Chinese fare, dim sum, and duck and is new and hot on the Napa restaurant scene. It's location off the tail end of Silverado Trail is a bit of a 'throw' but trust me, this is a spot you want to hit and it's a complete oasis once inside. This is not your typical white paper-box take out, this is good, I mean REALLY good, Chinese food. Website.

Tipsy Traipsers' Order Recommendations:
If you are here for Happy Hour, really, just order it all, but go heavy on the spring rolls and potstickers - they will blow your mind. All their drink offerings are legit, although mixers are a tad limited for well cocktails (still, a vodka soda lime here was better than most places and I can't pinpoint exactly why yet).
