If you're going for a view, this is it. Sky & Vine sits on the roof of the downtown Napa Archer Hotel and you can't beat the stunning scene of downtown with distant rolling hills and vineyards. Summer time is a slam dunk for their reverse Happy Hour because it's still light out at start time while you can get in on the snackers and drinkage discounts (which are gold here because this place is on the swanky price scale normally).
