About the Event
Torc is a very Napa typical restaurant located off Main St. downtown. They call it something like "dismantling the fine dining experience," I call it decent California style cuisine stuff (the burrata, tuna tartare, and truffle stuff is my dead giveaway for this). There is no denying they have great cocktails and food, and their Happy Hour is a great way to just dip your small toe into their offerings to see if it's for you. Also appreciated - the long HH time allowance. Website.
